How This Site Handles Money

Right now, YellingAtMe has no affiliate links, no advertising, and no sponsored content. Nobody pays us to write about anything, and no page on this site earns a commission when you click a link. Everything here is free, and nothing is hidden behind a paywall — including the safety resources.

This page exists in advance, because a site like this eventually has to decide how it survives. Rather than quietly adding monetisation later, we are publishing the rules first and holding ourselves to them.

The rules we will follow if that changes

• Say who pays us, on the page that contains the link. Any partner will be named here and labelled where the link appears — not buried in a footer nobody reads.
• Paid links get sponsored marking. They are marked for search engines as well as for people, so no recommendation here is secretly a transaction.
• Money never moves the order of advice. What is on a guide is decided by whether it helps someone in the moment, not by payout size. If we recommend a service, we will also link the free public alternative.
• The safety page stays commercial-free. Helplines on our resources page are listed because they are verified and free. They will never carry ads, sponsored placements, or paid referrals — and no commercial service will ever be placed where an emergency line belongs.
• No data is sold or shared. Earning a commission on a click does not change what we collect, which is nothing about you. See our privacy policy.
